The core programme for the R&D Management Conference is structured around a series of parallel sessions each lasting 90 minutes. Sessions comprise four paper presentations that may be academically focused, practice relevant, or a mix of both. Tracks are nspired by this year's theme “Innovation Across Boundaries: Historical Reflection and Future Vision". Details can be seen below. 

 

General R&D Management

This track offers a forum for academic research in R&D Management and Innovation, exploring the evolution, conceptualisation and theorisation of the field.   Accordingly research topics considered will cover a broad range to include, but not limited to, design, development, commercialisation, innovation implementation and related sub subjects from multi-disciplinary perspectives.    Research emphasising, social and environmental impact will be particularly welcome.  In line with the conference theme, historical perspectives of the field are timely, creating a foundation for future research and investigation. 


Objectives

The objective of this track is to provide a platform to address past and future trends in R&D Management related to both products and service innovation.
